Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. For custom orders, additional processing time may be required. During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We ask that you allow extra time for delivery. If there are any significant shipping delays, you will be notified via email.
Sustainable Packaging
At Connie Funaro Design, sustainability is a core value, and we are committed to minimizing our environmental impact. While not all of our product packaging is recycled, we make a conscious effort to reduce waste wherever possible. For many shipments, we use recycled packing materials and boxes. We strive to repurpose and reuse materials. Our goal is to conserve natural resources, reduce waste, and lessen our carbon footprint.
We understand the importance of balancing eco-conscious practices with maintaining the high standards you expect from our products. We continue to ensure the care and quality of your order. Safety remains our top priority. We are exploring more sustainable packaging options.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. You will receive an estimated delivery time at checkout.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We are happy to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). Your tracking number will become active within 24 hours of shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Connie Funaro Design LLC is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All additional charges that occur after shipping, including tariffs and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages and Lost Shipments
Connie Funaro Design LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging materials and damaged goods when filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
At this time, we do not ship outside the United States.
Return & Refund Policy
At Connie Funaro Design, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Below you will find details about our return and refund policy for eligible items. Please read carefully before initiating a return.
Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 calendar days from the date you received your item. The buyer is responsible for covering return shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- Must be in its original packaging.
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Refund processing times may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items and face masks (for health/hygiene reasons)
